Ghost Key West Accessibility Statement

Ghost Key West strives to ensure that its services are accessible to people with disabilities.
All areas of Fort East Martello accessed on our ghost hunt are ADA compliant. Though our standard tour route includes 4 steps entering and leaving the fort, and 4 steps early in the tour, the fort entrance is equipped with a lift and we will take you on an alternate route with a ramp if the 4 steps early in the tour are problematic.
Please notify us in your booking comments if you require a ramp on the route or additional assistance. Folding chairs are available to take through the fort on the walking portion of the hunt for guests who can not stand for an hour. Please request in the comments section when you make your reservation.
Ghost Key West has invested a significant amount of resources to help ensure that its website is made easier to use and more accessible for people with disabilities, with the strong belief that every person has the right to live with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

Ghost Key West makes available the UserWay Website Accessibility Widget that is powered by a dedicated accessibility server. The software allows Ghost Key West to improve its compliance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
