We offer a limited number of discount tickets each night for guests who book directly through our website.

The Robert the Doll Experience meets at Fort East Martello Museum.
3501 S. Roosevelt Blvd. Key West, FL 33040.
We start check-in at the main entrance about 30-minutes before tour time.
Fort East Martello Museum is located directly in front of the Key West International Airport.
The main entrance is just across the street from the ocean. Look for a giant anchor and a flagpole flying an America flag.

We are not the trolley.
The local ghost trolley used to bring people to see Robert the Doll at night.
They stopped doing that in 2020.
The Robert the Doll Experience takes place 100% inside Fort East Martello Museum.

Free parking is available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis.
There are several spots reserved for the museum.

Robert the Doll is a short ride from downtown.
Park free at Fort East Martello Museum.
Uber, Lyft, Taxi and Ride Share are readily available before and after the experience.
There is a bike rack in front of the fort.

We do not suggest this tour for anyone under 10.
Parents can use their best judgement, but we do not issue refunds if you leave because your child is too freaked out to stay.
Infants are not permitted.
If you bring a child under 10 and they interrupt or disrupt the tour you may be asked to leave.

We do not permit anyone on the tour who is not attending on their own free will.

Well-behaved dogs and service animals are welcome.
Please let us know you will be bringing a dog in your booking comments.
Please note, the Civil War fort is also a museum.
If a dog causes damage, its human will be held responsible.

Fort East Martello is equipped with two single-seat bathrooms.
Bathrooms are open before and after the tour.
Please arrive early if you need to use the bathroom before the tour.
