The General Admission tour lasts about 1 hour and includes:

• A 30-minute guided ghost tour through Fort East Martello.

• A 30-minute seated Robert the Doll Experience.

• Everything is the same except the price.

• We offer a limited number of discount tickets each night for guests who book directly through our website.

• If there are discount tickets available, they will be bookable online.

• If discount tickets are sold out, you will not be able to add them to your cart.

• Book early to secure discount tickets.

• The Robert the Doll Experience meets at Fort East Martello Museum.

• We start check-in at the main entrance about 30-minutes before tour time.

• Fort East Martello Museum is located directly in front of the Key West International Airport.

• The main entrance is just across the street from the ocean. Look for a giant anchor and a flagpole flying an America flag.

• Tour times may vary, but most tours begin after dark.

• Check the booking calendar for exact start times.

• We are not the trolley.

• The local ghost trolley used to bring people to see Robert the Doll at night.

• They stopped doing that in 2020.

• The Robert the Doll Experience takes place 100% inside Fort East Martello Museum.

Free parking is available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis.

There are several spots reserved for the museum.

• Robert the Doll is a short ride from downtown.

• Park free at Fort East Martello Museum.

• Uber, Lyft, Taxi and Ride Share are readily available before and after the experience.

• There is a bike rack in front of the fort.

• We do not suggest this tour for anyone under 10.

• Parents can use their best judgement, but we do not issue refunds if you leave because your child is too freaked out to stay.

• Infants are not permitted.

• If you bring a child under 10 and they interrupt or disrupt the tour you may be asked to leave.
